When people ask me what gym I go to I say "The gym" and usually there response is "i know you go to the gym-- you're looking great, but what's it called" again i say "The Gym"!
Being a member helped me get back into realizing the importance of physical health, mind and body. They were so welcoming when I told them I wanted my two boys to join, so I can lead by example. The team and staff are so professional, so kind and friendly that you don't feel like you're walking into a gym but a facility that wants you to be the best version of you.
They recently opened, the facility is state of the art, extremely clean and organized and it's a great place to start your path in getting healthier and stronger.
Highly recommend for anyone that needs a gym to get back to work on your health without feeling overwhelmed or intimidated.

Great state of the art facility; they are constantly getting new equipment.
Super super clean, which is important to me.
Great layout, they are going to bring in a area within the next year to do blood work and hormones; super excited!!! I won’t have to go to separate places.
They have a pool, posing room, body work room, boxing classes.
Lots of cardio machines.
Highly recommend this place for beginners to seasoned people. Owner is wonderful, trainers are professional and vibe is down to earth🙏🏼♥️
